Miroslav Klose is the only player in the history of the World Cup to score five or more goals in consecutive World Cups, something he achieved in 2002 and 2006. He has had his fair share of injury problems, which accounts for his lack of games, However, Klose is still likely to spearhead Germany's attack in South Africa and with his experience of playing in World Cups together with his eye for goal, he must once again be fancied to be a leading contender for another Golden Boot and if he does then it is likely to see Germany progress to the latter stages of the tournament.
